What amenities does The Earl offer?

The Earl offers an array of amenities to make your stay enjoyable, including a light continental breakfast, all-day gourmet coffee and tea, complimentary Wi-Fi, free parking, an on-site ATM, and a Peloton bike in our fitness room. Guests can also take advantage of the indoor pool, outdoor hot tub, and complimentary bottled water upon check-in. EV charging stations are available for a fee, and bicycles are provided to help you explore the town. To top it off, The Earl features two distinct bar experiences: HI Bar, where you can enjoy breathtaking views of Round Lake with a cocktail from the rooftop, and LO Bar, a welcoming spot in the lobby to relax and mingle with friends.

Does The Earl allow pets?

Yes, at The Earl, we welcome well-behaved dogs weighing up to 50 lbs. Guests are permitted a maximum of two dogs per room. A $75 pet fee is applicable for the first dog, and a $25 fee for the second.

Designated pet-friendly areas include your guest room, stairwells, LO Bar patio, and parking lot. For the safety of all guests, please ensure your dogs are on a leash or in a cage when outside your guest room.

Where is The Earl located?

The Earl is located in the heart of Charlevoix Michigan at 120 Michigan Ave., Charlevoix, MI 49720. Minutes from Round Lake, Lake Michigan beaches and walking distance to downtown shops and restaurants.

When is check-in and check-out?

Guests can check-in at The Earl starting at 4:00 PM and check-out time is at 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request and are subject to availability. Guests are advised to contact the hotel in advance to inquire about these options. We require guests to be 21 years old or older with photo identification to reserve and check-in to a room.

What is your Best Rate Guarantee?

Find a lower published available rate for the same room type and dates, prior to or within 24 hours of making a reservation on our website or when calling the hotel directly and we will match that rate. Published rates do not include membership discounted rates, negotiated rates, group rates and promotional rates with limited rooms.
