Plan for coordinated room blocks in the heart of the city, and keep all of your attendees close together in one place. We can promise you’ll be close to everything the city has to offer, with plenty of room for collaboration over some drinks at HI Bar.
Travel Made Easy
Planning an event is stressful enough. Why not charter our shuttle bus at the same time you reserve your hotel rooms? Our team will work with you to help navigate any and all transportation needs you’ll have for the duration for your event, from weddings to bachelorette parties.
Charter fees begin at $150.00 per hour with a two-hour minimum. Space is limited to 13 people per trip. As a value to our hotel guests, our shuttle is only offered to those staying at our hotel. Reservations for the shuttle service must be purchased at least 24 hours in advance and are based upon availability. Please contact our team directly for detailed pricing and availability.
